Adoption Home Study (Domestic Only) $900

Your first step will be to become certified to adopt (required if you’re adopting a non-relative). This service includes:

  • Individual interviews
  • Couple interviews
  • Home assessment
  • Background check (Medical, Financial, Fingerprint clearance)
  • Written report to the court

The adoption home study will be completed according to Arizona state Laws. Our goal is to provide your home study in a professional and timely manner. You will receive a signed copy of your certification.

Adoption Certification Extension (Domestic Only) $300

Your first certification will be valid for 18 months. If you choose to keep your certification current you will need to have an extension completed. Each extension is valid for 12 months. This service includes:

  • Home visit
  • File update
  • Background check
  • Written report to the court

The adoption extension report will be completed according to Arizona state laws. You will receive a signed copy of your extension certification.

Adoption Home Study Addendum (Domestic Only) $150

Post Placement Visit $200 per visit

Arizona requires that all non-relative adoption to be supervised by a licensed adoption agency. Your first supervision will need to be complete within the first 30 days after placement and then every 90 days until finalization.
